📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance and mechanical design.
- Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems (MMS) and computer-aided maintenance management (CAMM) software.
- Certification in ISO 9001, 14001, or other relevant quality and environmental management systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
