📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and reconcile accounts for ceded reinsurance transactions
• Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for the reinsurance team
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Provide support to underwriters, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate credit risk within the reinsurance portfolio
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance or reinsurance industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in professional accounting bodies (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
