📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Work closely with international partners and stakeholders to manage and optimize supply chain activities.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records and reports for logistics activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics operations.
Proven track record in managing logistics teams and optimizing supply chain processes.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle SCM, or similar.
Certification in logistics management or related field is a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
