📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process daily bank transactions and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the accounting team
• Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies
• Support the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting administration or a similar role
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations is a plus
