📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute IT projects and upgrades.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, and security best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
