📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school's curriculum.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure the best educational outcomes for students.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with the latest Montessori educational practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of students' activities and achievements.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and individuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Montessori Teacher Certification (AMTA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Montessori education.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
