Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for digital solutions in real asset investments.
• Develop and maintain business process models using tools like Visio and BPMN.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create and manage project documentation using Confluence and JIRA.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital transformation.
• Provide business analysis support to ensure projects meet stakeholder expectations and business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
