📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, and grills.
Ensure all facilities are clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and infrastructure to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our POS and inventory management systems.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Participate in emergency response and crisis management to ensure business continuity.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in restaurant maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the food service industry.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and cleaning machinery.
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
