🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of IT professionals.
