📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.,Coordinate with staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor stock levels and order new inventory as needed.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.,Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.,Must be fluent in Indonesian both written and spoken.
