📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales and visibility.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in inventory management and control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
