Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and recruit top talent for our projects in Bali.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, recruiters, and industry contacts.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure they meet the specific requirements of our projects.,Collaborate with project managers and team leads to understand project needs and requirements.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sourcing efforts.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of our projects in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the projects or construction industry.,Strong understanding of the local job market in Bali and the ability to identify and attract top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, particularly in Bali.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
