📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain and update facility records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.
  • Participate in facility improvement projects and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Bali.
