📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounts.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
