Anugerah Media Pratama is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring accurate budgeting, and providing cost-effective solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company in Denpasar, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.,Prepare accurate cost estimates and forecasts for projects.,Monitor and report on project progress and costs to stakeholders.,Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.,Prepare and submit cost reports and invoices to clients.,Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenditures.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within budget.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related roles.,Strong knowledge of cost management principles and practices.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
