📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and coordinating all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Generating and analyzing logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff in logistics operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
