📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tutoring programs that align with educational goals.,Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Create and maintain lesson plans and materials to enhance learning outcomes.,Collaborate with teachers and administrators to improve educational strategies.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Provide guidance and support to tutors to ensure consistent quality in teaching.,Organize and facilitate tutoring sessions, both online and in-person.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tutoring or teaching.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using educational technology and software.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.,Certification in teaching or tutoring is a plus.,Passionate about education and committed to student success.
