MERIDIAN Nusantara is seeking a Lead Site Engineer to oversee and manage our construction projects in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. As the Lead Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, managing a team of engineers, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and technicians.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Develop and implement project plans and schedules.,Ensure timely and efficient use of resources and materials.,Resolve project issues and challenges proactively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
