📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the internal audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.,Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of internal audit staff.,Maintain and update internal audit policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.,Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
