PT Fajar Permata is seeking a Lead HR Manager to join our team in Kendari. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for developing employees and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.,Conduct performance reviews and employee development programs.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Collaborate with management to address HR issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Experience in managing a team of HR staff.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
