📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor inventory levels and manage food procurement.,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Knowledge of inventory management and food procurement.,Ability to handle customer complaints and provide excellent service.
