PT Persada Jaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns. This position is based in Ubud, Bali, and the salary is negotiable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements and reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for submission to the tax authorities.,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax and payroll regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.,Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
