PT Property Terang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. This is a hybrid position, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the engagement of an in-office environment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and culinary experiences to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the high standards of our restaurant.,Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve the overall dining experience.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to high standards.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to all customers.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we are getting the best products at the best prices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote communication tools.
