Royal Bay Nusantara is seeking a dedicated QC Staff to join our team in Samarinda. As a QC Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality assurance and a commitment to excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet established standards.,Document and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities.,Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control procedures and documentation.,Perform root cause analysis to identify and address underlying quality problems.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
