PT Galih Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and a proven track record of leading a crew to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining office and on-site responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of vessel operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Lead and motivate the crew to maintain high standards of performance and teamwork.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including route planning, port calls, and cargo operations.,Ensure the vessel is well-maintained and all equipment is in working order.,Handle communication with port authorities, customs, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, crew performance, and vessel condition.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to crew management and vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven experience in leading and managing a crew.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with navigation software and maritime communication systems.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
