📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages.

Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or cashier role.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles.

Ability to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
