📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Create and implement daily, weekly, and monthly menus.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Participate in cost control and budgeting for the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of successful kitchen management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
