📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and optimize routes to reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Generate reports on fleet performance and maintenance schedules.,Handle any fleet-related emergencies or incidents promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
