🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software, such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, and strategic planning frameworks.
• Certification in strategic management or a related field is a plus.
