📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders and invoices.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Monitor market trends and identify potential suppliers.,Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Provide administrative support to the procurement manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
