In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Outlet Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring the outlet runs efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Train and develop staff to improve their performance and customer service skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and displays to attract customers.,Support the Outlet Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
