Diamond Gold Unggul is seeking a dedicated Assistant Cashier Accounting to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial transactions and ensuring accurate accounting records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.,Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.,Support the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Assist in the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Participate in audits and other financial processes as required.,Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
