📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction in the area.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the management.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for the team.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in area management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
