📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices,Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills,Provide additional support to students, such as tutoring and mentoring, as needed,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field, or equivalent experience,At least 3 years of experience as a tutor or educator in a formal or informal setting,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical approaches,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid teaching certification or license, if required,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus
