📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, stock control, and ordering.
  • Ensure the accuracy and safety of prescriptions by verifying and preparing medications.
  • Provide expert advice and information to customers regarding medications and health-related queries.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to pharmacy practice.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the pharmacy field.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy software and technology.
  • Familiarity with local languages is an advantage.
  • Valid pharmacy license and certification.
