📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the design and development of precision mechanical equipment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance on project feasibility, cost, and schedule.
  • Oversee the prototyping process, including material selection, fabrication, and assembly.
  • Perform stress analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure structural integrity and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical, software, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to enhance product performance and efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a focus on precision equipment.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
  • Experience with FEA tools, such as ANSYS or ABAQUS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
