📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Identify training needs and design relevant courses and workshops
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure training goals are met
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Create and maintain training materials and resources
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
