In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, employee development, and general administrative functions. You will work closely with management to create a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement and productivity.
Daily, you will handle recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and offboarding, as well as manage payroll and benefits administration. You will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and provide support to the management team in strategic planning and decision-making.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support management in strategic planning and decision-making
- Conduct employee training and development programs
- Handle administrative tasks such as document management and office logistics
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs
- Proficient in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
- Leadership and team management experience
